1. Promoter and promotional partner

The organiser of this competition (Promotion) is Swanndri New Zealand Limited (Swanndri or the Promoter). Cobb Grill is the promotional partner and a supplier of part of the Prize.
Swanndri is responsible for administering the Promotion and conducting the draw. Swanndri and Cobb Grill are each responsible for supplying the component of the Prize attributed to their brand, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

The Promotion opens at 9am NZST on 17th August 2026 which is 7am AEST on 17th August 2026 and closes at 5pm NZST on 31st August 2026, which is 3pm AEST on 31st August 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, except where entry is prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Swanndri, Cobb Grill and any agencies directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live with the employee or contractor.

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period, complete and submit all required details on the applicable Promotional Site: win.swanndri.co.nz for New Zealand entrants or win.swanndri.com.au for Australian entrants, and accept these Terms and Conditions. One valid form submission receives one entry.
An entrant may receive a maximum of one additional entry when a referred friend uses the entrant's unique referral link and submits a valid entry. Entrants must only send referral links to people who would reasonably expect to receive them.
No purchase is necessary. Entry is free, although normal internet or mobile data charges may apply. Only one standard entry and, if applicable, one valid referral entry per person are permitted.
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or misleading entries, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or not received because of a technical or communications failure outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

There is one prize package (Prize) comprising:
- (a) one Cobb Grill set: worth $679.99 NZD
- (b) one Swanndri prize package: $1000 NZD / AUD
Prize values are correct at the date of publication and may change. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Swanndri garment sizes and colours may be selected by the winner from the options offered by Swanndri and are subject to availability. If a stated item is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
The Prize does not include any item, service, fuel, food, travel, installation, assembly or other cost not expressly listed in clause 11. The winner is responsible for using all prize products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 1st September 2026 by electronic draw method. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
The Promoter will contact the provisional winner using the email address or phone number supplied with their entry within 2 business days after the draw. The provisional winner must respond within 5 calendar days and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery, including delivery address and any Swanndri size or colour selections.
If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries subject to applicable law and any required regulatory direction.
The Promoter's decision is final, subject to applicable law. The Promoter may publish the winner's name and region where required by law or with the winner's consent.

The Prize will be delivered to an eligible residential or business address in New Zealand or Australia. Delivery may be made in separate shipments by Swanndri and Cobb Grill or their appointed fulfilment providers. The winner must provide a safe and accessible delivery address and cooperate with reasonable delivery arrangements.
Neither the Promoter nor Cobb Grill is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. Risk in each component of the Prize passes to the winner on delivery, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

The personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the Prize and meet legal and regulatory obligations. It may be shared with Cobb Grill, agencies, technology providers, delivery providers and regulators only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Swanndri's privacy policy and, where Cobb Grill receives personal information, Cobb Grill's privacy policy. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information using the contact details in those policies.
Entry into the Promotion is conditional on agreeing to receive marketing communications. Where an entrant separately opts in to marketing from Swanndri and/or Cobb Grill, that organisation may send marketing communications in accordance with the consent given. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the communication.

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion. Any use of the winner's image, voice or additional personal information for publicity will be subject to the winner's prior consent, except where publication is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to those rights, the Promoter and Cobb Grill are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, tampering, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirements, or another event outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval or direction.
The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions only where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Any material change will be published on the Promotional Site. No amendment will unfairly disadvantage an entrant who has already entered.

If the Promotion is advertised or conducted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another social platform, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform. Entrants release the platform from claims arising from the Promotion to the extent permitted by law. Entrants must comply with the platform's applicable terms.
For New Zealand entrants, these Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. For Australian entrants, applicable Australian Commonwealth, state and territory laws also apply. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction over them.
